- マウスでプログラム画面を一度クリックしてみてください。
- 入力モードが全角モード（ひらがな入力）だと、キー入力を受けつけてくれません。入力モードを直接入力モード（半角英数）にして下さい。

- パソコンの性能（CPU、メモリ、ハードウェア空き容量）が低いと動作が遅くなります。各マニュアルで推奨環境をご確認ください。
- If your PC's spec is low, the app wouldn't run comfortable. Read each manual and check recommended environments.

- BGM 付きのゲームにはすべて BGM をオン／オフにするための設定キーまたは設定機能をつけてあります。これらがないものは BGM もありません。
- パソコンの音源をご確認ください。音量が小さい、ミュートになっている、スピーカーの電源が入っていない、スピーカーのコードが抜けかかっている、といった原因が考えられます。
- 効果音は聞こえるのに BGM が聞こえない、または BGM だけ音量が小さいという場合は、音量の設定の中の MIDI の音量が低くなっている可能性があります。逆に効果音だけ聞こえない場合は音量設定の WAVE の音量が低くなっていることがあります。詳しくはパソコンのマニュアルをご確認ください。
- BGM を聴くための MIDI プラグインがインストールされていない場合が稀にあります。Windows であれば Windows Media Player などが必要です。詳しくはパソコンのマニュアルをご確認ください。
- パソコンに複数の Java プラグインがインストールされていると、BGM のテンポが崩れることがあります。この場合は古いバージョンのプラグインをアンインストールしてください。
- Vistaより古いWindowsで作られたBGM（MIDI）はVista以降では一部の楽器が鳴らないことがあります。これはOSの仕様変更による問題のため、根本的な解決はできません。
- If the app has BGM, there is a feature to turn on/off BGM. So if there is not such feature, that app doesn't have BGM.
- Check your speaker and sound settings such as volume, mute setting, power of the speaker, connection of the speaker and PC.
- If you can hear BGM but cannot hear sound, or the opposite case, check the sound settings of your PC. There are some volume settings other than master volume. Perhaps the volume for sound is set low.
- Perhaps your PC doesn't have a plugin for playing MIDI files. If the OS is Windows, installing Windows Media Player and that problem would be solved.
- If there are some different versions of Java plugin, sometimes that causes various problems. So try uninstall old Java plugins.
- Some BGM files (MIDI format) made on old Windows cannot be played on new Windows. This is a problem of OS, so I cannot fix it.

- 月間ランキングで高得点だったのに世界ランキングに入らなかった場合、Mine's ゲームのユーザ登録をしたユーザでスコアを登録しなかったことが原因です。Mine's ゲームのユーザ登録はこちらでできます。
- 一度もスコアを登録したことがないのに「以前の記録を更新できませんでした」のようなメッセージが出るのは、すでに他の方が使っている名前でスコア登録しようとしたためです。Mine's ゲームのユーザ登録をしたユーザでスコアを登録すればこのようなことは起こりません。ただし"PUNCH!!" は Mine's ゲームユーザに対応していないため、この問題を回避できません。あらかじめご了承ください。
- 「サーバの不調により接続できませんでした」というエラーが出続ける場合は、Javaプラグインを最新版にアップデートしてください。
- If your score was high enough but didn't ranked in the world ranking, that is because you didn't login as Mine's game user. If you don't have the account, you can make it in here.
- If you tried registering the score as a guest user and the error like "The score doesn't exceed your old score" happend, that is because your guest name duplicated other user's name. You can avoid this issue by registration of Mine's game user.
- If the error like "The server is out of condition", try updating Java plugin.
