Chronos Gem Stories has a lot of translated text that needs to be corrected. This is because it was the first game I translated. Therefore, many of the translations I previously did for it contain minor errors or do not fully convey the original meaning.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, "Chronos Gem Stories" contains a huge amount of text, and having to constantly revise the translations puts too much strain on me.

Therefore, I'm considering closing the translation project page in the near future.

If you're not satisfied with your current translation, I'm willing to completely redo the entire Chinese translation with an AI translation. What do you think of that idea?

I think machine translation is not reliable. But I don't know if AI translation is reliable. Because I don't know if there is a difference between AI translation and machine translation. I also don't know if using AI translation is better than machine translation. But essentially, they all seem to be machine translation.Maybe you can give it a try.

I don't want you to shut down the translation project. But if it's just to fix some issues, and it will be reopened afterwards, then it's okay.

The biggest difference between machine translation and AI translation is, I think, that AI can control the overall style of the texts. It can maintain a consistent style for all text, and also it can adjust the nuances of each text. For example, it can adjust the nuances like "Character A is a girly girl", "Character B is a calm man", etc.

This translation project is an interesting system involving the users, but the flaw is that there are a lot of users and they basically don't mind the overall style.

At least I think it's better to renew the English translation because it's from me or machine translation and the quality is definitely not that high.
