Saury （サンマ）

サンマ (saury in English?) is popular food in Japan’s autumn. Just fry it and eat it. This one goes very well with rice, miso soup and green tea. That’s a Japanese flavor.
サンマ（英語でsaury?) は日本の秋の人気の食べ物です。ただ焼いて食べるだけ。これがご飯と味噌汁、緑茶にとてもよく合います。これぞ日本の味。

The other day, I showed a picture of a grilled fish with the head to my Brazilian friend. She just said “gross!”. She seemed to feel like the head was gross. So this time, I took the picture without fish’s head. That’s a difference between cultures.
先日ブラジル人の友達に頭付きの焼き魚の写真を見せたら、一言「きもっ！」と言われました。どうやら頭が気持ち悪く感じられたようです。なので今回は頭を取ってから写真を撮りました。これぞ文化の違い。
