Clubbing （クラブ）

I heard some times before that clubbing is common in foreign countries at least in America and some other countries.
外国、少なくともアメリカといくつかの国ではクラブに行くことは普通の遊びだと今までに何度か聞いたことがあります。

But in Japan, many people except some clubbing lovers think that clubbing is for bad guys or rogues. It’s like a difference of the culture about tattoos.
でも日本では一部のクラブ愛好家を除き、多くの人はクラブに行くのは不良か悪い人だと思っています。タトゥーについての文化の違いに似ていますね。

When I was a college student, I got interested in clubbing and told it to my friend. He soon stopped me like “That’s not a place for people like you.”𿘂 Probably I had to acquire martial arts or knife techniques to guard myself before going clubs.
大学時代、クラブに興味を持ったので友達にそう言ったところ、すぐに「君のような人が行く場所じゃない」と止められました。𿘂たぶん自分の身を守るために格闘技かナイフ術の心得をクラブに行く前に習得する必要があったのでしょう。

Now I’m not interested in clubbing. At any rate, I can’t dance. I sometimes dance randomly in my room though. Even if I go clubbing, all I can do is Hyottoko dance like the picture and I’d stand out too much.
今はクラブに興味がありません。どのみち踊れないし。部屋ではたまに適当に踊ってるけど。クラブに行っても写真みたいなひょっとこ踊りしかできないので目立ちすぎるでしょう。
